Bracelet Size Chart:

Please measure your wrist before selecting the bracelet size. Because each bracelet is hand made, it is important that you measure your wrist before ordering. For the best fit add an extra half (1/2) inch to your wrist measurement to get the bracelet size. Approximate guidelines are as follows:

• S: 6.5 inches (kids / small woman)
• M: 7.0 inches (average woman)
• L: 7.5 inches (average man)
• XL: 8.0 inches (large man)

Sizes above are guides only. If you are unsure of the right size for you, please measure around your wrist with a piece of string, then measure it with a ruler.

Bracelet Clearing:

Here at The Loving Spirit we recommend that the Crystal Bracelets be gently cleansed and charged before you first use them. In addition we recommend that all the bracelets be cleansed and charged on a regular basis.

To cleanse the bracelets we recommend the following:

• washing them gently in water with the intention that the Crystal beads be cleared of all energy that is not resonant with their intention and purpose. Setting this intention as the water flows over the crystals is an excellent way to cleanse the crystal of all energy impurities. Please ensure the stream of water is gentle and that the bracelet is dried completely; and

• choosing one (or more) of the following based on what resonates:

• placing the crystals in the Sun for a short period of time (one to two hours) either early in the morning or late in the day to avoid extreme temperatures which may damage certain delicate crystals; or

• placing them under the Moon, particular during the New or Full Moons as the Moon's influence is stronger at these times; or

• smudging outside with white sage or palo santo.

At The Loving Spirit, we do not recommend leaving the bracelet in salt water.

Care Instructions

• after the initial cleansing, we recommend that you avoid contact with lotions or water as these may weaken the stretch bracelet.
